Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a probability that damage to a cover when peripheral devices abut on a cover covering an inverter by collision of a vehicle is avoided.SOLUTION: A first outer guide surface 21 and a second outer guide surface 22 are formed on a left corner on the side of the front surface 161 of the cover 16. The first outer guide surface 21 is formed into a planar shape moved leftward indicated by an arrow S according as it is directed rearward indicated by an arrow U from the side edge 162 of the front surface 161 of the cover 16. The second outer guide surface 22 is formed into a planar shape moved upward indicated by an arrow Q as it is directed rearward indicated by the arrow U from the upper edge 163 of the front surface 161 of the cover 16. The first outer guide surface 21 and second outer guide surface 22 are arranged in a line in a horizontal direction.
