PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner cutting device of a bag making machine, which easily cut a corner of a multiple-stage shape such as a two-stage V shape.SOLUTION: A cutting part 31 in the corner cutting device 30 of the bag making machine is a punching part which is attached to a punch arm 38, is rotated together with rotation of the punch arm 38 with respect to an intermediate wrapping material 99, and which has a function of cutting off a triangle part 62 of the intermediate wrapping material 99 cooperated with a die part. The cutting part 31 includes, as blades, a main blade 40 and an auxiliary blade 42, and further includes: screws 52, 53, 54 and 55 serving as a main blade adjusting mechanism of adjusting positioning of the main blade 40 with respect to the punch arm 38; and an auxiliary blade adjusting mechanism of adjusting positioning of the auxiliary blade 42 with respect to the punch arm 38.
