A standard game situation information acquisition means (92) acquires standard game situation information showing a game situation corresponding to the message input by a user. Message information and standard game situation information are associated with each other and stored in a storage means (63). A game situation comparison means (73) compares a game situation in the game with a game situation shown by the standard game situation information associated with the message information in the game being played. A message output control means (74) outputs a message shown by the message information on the basis of a comparison result of the game situation comparison means (73) in the game being played.
