Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact power-receiving apparatus and a noncontact charging system, for proper charging.SOLUTION: A secondary side controller 22 measures a voltage (charged amount) of a battery BA via a monitoring circuit 25, and decides whether or not to supply electric power to the battery BA based on the voltage. With this configuration, even if a portable apparatus 200 does not include a charge managing part 201 for managing charging amount of the battery BA, the battery BA is properly charged.
