Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiter circuit that uses a diode which is achieved in smaller size, suppressed in leakage, and eliminated in unwanted waves.SOLUTION: The limiter circuit includes at least two diodes 1a and 1b in which one terminal is connected to a high frequency transmission line having an input end 10a and an output end 10b while the other terminal is connected to a ground conductor, and a phase shift circuit 3 which is connected between the terminals connected to the high frequency transmission line of the diodes 1a and 1b, and comprises a centralized constant circuit containing a chip coil 3a and chip capacitors 3b and 3c with an electrical length of 90 degree at a frequency for use. |
