PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin clamp device that can be used in a small space formed around a panel-type workpiece.SOLUTION: The panel-type workpiece 209 is seated on a seating face 208 while a positioning pin 210 is inserted in a positioning hole 211 formed thereat. A claw 207 of a clamp arm 206 is protruded from the seating face 208. A rod 203 is extended in roughly parallel to a shaft 213 of the clamp arm 206. A joint 205 joints the rod 203 with the clamp arm 206. A rotating shaft 204 is fixed and provided at the seating face 208, and orthogonally intersects a virtual plane AS that is formed of the shaft 213 and the rod 203 to support the joint 205 within the virtual plane AS to rotate freely. The rod 203 is displaced in an axial direction by the drive of a drive part 202.
