Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electronic component that can control the exfoliation of a conductor layer.SOLUTION: A plurality of nonmagnetic material layers 18a-18e are formed. When the respective nonmagnetic material layers 18a-18e are formed, exposure is carried out to cure regions other than these predetermined regions 18a-18e (nonmagnetic material layers 118a-118e). Coil conductors 22a, 22b, 24a, and 24b are formed on the nonmagnetic material layers 18b-18e. Development procedures are performed on the nonmagnetic material layers 18a-18e to collectively clear the nonmagnetic material layers 118a-118e. Magnetic material layers 20a-20e are formed where the nonmagnetic material layers 118a-118e are removed.
