Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a transmission electron microscope grid, and a method of manufacturing a graphene sheet-carbon nanotube film composite structure to be used for the transmission electron microscope grid.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the transmission electron microscope grid includes a first step of providing a carbon nanotube structure and dispersed solution of a functional graphene sheet, a second step of immersing the surface of the carbon nanotube structure with the dispersed solution of the functional graphene sheet, a third step of drying the carbon nanotube structure immersed with the dispersed solution and then combining it with the functional graphene sheet to form the graphene sheet-carbon nanotube film composite structure, and a fourth step of covering punched holes of a support with the graphene sheet-carbon nanotube film composite structure.
