Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rule change contents and a rule change point related to a user without user's search and determination when a rule is changed.SOLUTION: The rule change contents and the rule change point are preliminarily generated in association with each other. A rule management device 50 performs a concept search in a rule change point storage part 51 by using a past mail including an event name and a role name obtained based on log-in information of the user, searches the rule change point storage part 51 for this role name, operates AND between two search results, and then transmits rule change point information and rule change contents information, i.e., results of AND operation, to a user I/F 10. Accordingly, the rule change contents and the rule change point related to the user can be presented to the user.
