Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional check valve unit wherein when a check valve is attached/detached or replaced, even in repairing and inspections, the check valve must be removed from piping each time or the piping must be disconnected, and also the piping must be performed in consideration of a storage space for the check valve in water piping beforehand with respect to the set position of the check valve. SOLUTION: A unit fitting frame 2 to which a check valve mechanism 3 is fitted is formed cylindrically so as to form a water flow passage extending in the axial direction of a piping channel. The unit fitting frame is detachably fitted into a joint body casing 1 which forms an opening 23 on the upper side and is provided with joint mechanisms for joining with the water piping on both sides of the storage space 24 through a seal packing incorporating a metal core.
