Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate form fluctuation among locking members, and to improve the operability of an arm rest body by allowing an operational load of the arm rest body to be easily selectable. SOLUTION: A locking member 6, which has an engagement portion 6a engaging with each of cam portions 7a, 7b and 7c of a striker member attached to an arm rest body 32 and is attached onto a base body 31 side, is constituted of a molding article molded with a resin material or the like by injection molding or cast molding. Locking member side attaching portions 31c being attaching portions to a base body 31 are formed at both ends sandwiching the engagement portion 6a formed in the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the locking member 6, respectively, and the locking member 6 is attached to a base body 31 while separately constituted spring members 5 are interposed between the locking member attaching portions 31c and the base body 31.
