SOLUTION: In the boring tool 1 cutting an inner peripheral surface of a cutting object by a cutting edge 2 by rotating the rotary holder 3 by projecting the cutting edge 2 on a surface of the rotary holder 3, the cutting edge 2 is arranged in a tip part 51 of a cartridge 5 elastically deformably supported on the surface of the rotary holder 3; a pressing pin 6 capable of adjusting a projection quantity of the cutting edge 2 by pressing the tip part 51 of the cartridge 5 is provided; an adjusting screw 9 embedded in the rotary holder 3 and a collar member 10 threading with the adjusting screw 9 and having a tapered surface 10B for energizing the pressing pin 6 by moving in the axial direction by the rotational movement of the adjusting screw 9 are provided.
