SOLUTION: The bed system 10 includes: a bed body 12 on which the user 18 lies; a plurality of posts 24a-24d detachably attached to the bed body 12 to extend upward; beams 26a-26d detachably attached to the upper parts of the posts 24a-24d and disposed above the bed body 12; measuring devices 22 detachably attached to the posts 24a-24d or beams 26a-26d and disposed above the user 18 lying on the bed body 12 for measuring the biological information of the user 18; and side panels 14a-14d detachably attached to the bed body 12, posts 24a-24d or beams 26a-26d to shield the bed body 12 from outside by enclosing side faces of the bed body 12.
