PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device of an elastic modulus of concrete for introducing the elastic modulus of concrete which is an important element for evaluating the safely and/or design of a concrete structure such as an underground structure. SOLUTION: A concrete bearing plate 4 on which a strain meter 5 is installed is formed in a non-stress case 2 which is buried in concrete. A pressure jack 7 for applying a load in a direction withstanding concrete pressure applied to the bearing plate is formed between the bearing plate and a specified face in the case. A load meter 9 for measuring the load of the pressure jack is installed. The measurement of the elastic modulus of concrete can be immediately taken out by operation from the outside of the buried concrete at any time if needed.
