Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor capable of supplying lubricating oil to a sliding part by effectively pumping the lubricating oil even during the low-speed operation. SOLUTION: A connection member which is also used for an oil supply piece is fixed to a crank shaft. A rotor is located on the outer circumference of the connection member, and a bearing part of a compression element is located on the inner circumferential thereof, respectively. The connection member is fixed to the crank shaft below a lower end of the rotor, and a communication hole of the crank shaft and a lower end of the bearing part are located between the lower end of the rotor and the oil surface, or in the oil.
