PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable air quality environment without dissipating a volatile organic substance by sealing the volatile organic substance from a vibration control/sound insulating material during the use of floor heating in a floor structure using a floor heating unit and the vibration control/sound insulating material jointly. SOLUTION: This floor structure with the vibration control/sound insulating material 3 located on the lower face side of the floor heating unit 1 is adapted to interpose a sheet 2 that can seal the volatile organic substance dissipated from the vibration control/sound insulating material, between the floor heating unit 1 and the vibration control/sound insulating material 3. In a vibration control material 3 in use, the sheet 2 for suppressing the volatile organic substance generated from the vibration control material 3 is laminated beforehand on the surface of the vibration control material 3. A tape using the sheet 2 that can seal the volatile organic substance, as a base material, is stuck between the vibration control materials 3, further sealing the volatile chemical substance.
