Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for spreading a net to a steel pipe support, wherein there is no need of lowering the net even when a strong wind and maintenance is performed on the ground by lowering the net when the net is damaged or the like. SOLUTION: The device for spreading the net to the steel pipe support includes: the steel pipe support 1 provided with a winch base 2 on the lower part, provided with head fitting 4 on the upper end part and raised on the ground; a winch wire 7 wound to the winch 3 of the winch base 2 at one end, fixed to the winch base 2 through the pulley 5 of the head fitting 4 at the other end, and provided with the net 20 fixed at a plurality of parts in the vertical direction between the pulley 5 and the winch base 2; a guide wire 16 provided between the winch base 2 and the head fitting 4 and inserted into a plurality of rings 17 provided on the part having the net 20 of the winch wire 7; and a plurality of guide means 11 provided in the vertical direction of the steel pipe support 1 and provided with a shackle 15 for detachably guiding the guide wire 16.
