Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and mobile base station for providing a value-added service which is inherent to a moving specific space such as inside a vehicle, to a commercially available mobile in the space such as inside the vehicle, in particular, regarding mobile communication. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system is comprised of: an existent base station for managing a fixed radio control zone covering the inside of a predetermined area; a mobile base station for managing a moving radio control zone assigned to an internal space of a mobile medium; and a mobile station. The mobile station has a line processing means for performing line connection processing and line switching processing, if the entering/leaving state of the mobile station is continued for a predetermined time when the mobile station enters/leaves the moving radio control zone.
