Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building structure, a building and a base-isolated building having a double floor, which allow a person to enter into an underfloor space. SOLUTION: A floor slab 34 is provided in a lower part of a beam 22, and the underfloor space 50 of a height allowing the person to enter thereinto is formed between the floor slab 34 and a floor part 36 supported by the floor slab 34. Maintenance work for a facility cable, facility equipment and the like laid on the underfloor space 50 is thereby carried out while the person enters into the underfloor space 50.
