Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germicidal disinfectant containing sodium hypochlorite, exerting excellent germicidal disinfectant action without adding a water-soluble acidic material, greatly decreasing the generation of chlorine gas in preparation and safely producible; to provide a preparation method therefor; and to provide a preparation apparatus. SOLUTION: The germicidal disinfectant is prepared by removing sodium ions with a cation exchanger from an aqueous solution containing sodium hypochlorite and setting the molar ratio of the sodium ion to the active chlorine to be ≤0.70.
