Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly generate deformation of a cross member even if a support part of a rear seat is provided, and to also enhance proof stress of the cross member relative to an impact force by side collision. SOLUTION: The cross member 12 bonded to right and left side sills 8 is formed in a closed cross section shape, and the cross member includes an upper wall 33 having a central upper wall 33a at a central part in a vehicle body width direction and inclined upper walls 33b bent and continued to both right and left sides of the central upper wall 33a so as to become lower toward the sides of the side sills; and a front wall 23 downwardly bent and continued to a front edge of the upper wall. The support part 22a of the rear seat is provided at both ends in the vehicle width direction of the cross member, and an inclined wall 39 bent and continued to the upper wall and the front wall is formed at both ends in the vehicle body width direction of the cross member. The inclined wall is formed such that a bent part 40 with the upper wall and a bent part 41 with the front wall are crossed at a central side in the vehicle body width direction from a bent part 42 with the central upper wall and the inclined upper wall, and a support part is provided on the inclined wall.
