Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care device facilitating caring of the scalp corresponding to the preference of a user. SOLUTION: In the scalp care device 1, first and second operating elements 20a, 20b each having operating projections 23a are respectively connected to first and second output shafts 15, 16 rotated respectively on the basis of the driving force of first and second driving devices 11, 12, and the operating projections 23a of the operating elements 20a, 20b rotated by the rotation of the first and second output shafts 15, 16 are brought into contact with the scalp to give stimulation.
