PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma diagnostic device and a solution plasma discharge device for stably maintaining air bubble (primary air bubble) that contains plasma. SOLUTION: In the plasma diagnostic device, a storing part 2 is installed above a pair of discharge electrodes 1-1 installed at the solution plasma discharge device, and a surface of a secondary air bubble 7 formed at the bottom of the storing part 2 is arranged at a position in contact with the surface of the primary air bubble 6. The secondary air bubble 7 suppresses vibrations of the primary air bubble 6, thereby stably maintaining the unstable primary air bubble 6 by the secondary air bubble 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
