Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating circuit allowing suppression of influence on a reference voltage due to AC-like power supply voltage fluctuations, and allowing reduction in the layout area, when incorporating the reference voltage generation circuit within a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The reference voltage generating circuit includes first and second diodes each having a cathode connected to a reference potential; a first receiving unit having one end connected to an anode of the second diode; a second receiving unit; a third receiving unit having one end connected to the other end of the first receiving unit; a fourth receiving unit having one end connected to an anode of the first diode; and a differential amplifier circuit, having first and second differential input terminals and a differential output terminal. The other end of the first receiving unit is connected to the first differential input terminal; the anode of the first diode is connected to the second differential input terminal through the second receiving unit; and the other end of the third receiving unit and the other end of the fourth receiving unit are connected to the differential output terminal.
