PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet in which a plurality of openings are highly accurately formed in a light absorption layer and a light reflection layer. SOLUTION: The optical sheet 1 includes: an optical sheet body 2 including a light incident surface 2a, a light emitting surface 2b and a plurality of lenses 2c convex on the side of the light emitting surface 2b; the light absorption layer 3 stacked on the side of the light incident surface 2a of the optical sheet body 2 and absorbing light; and the light reflection layer 4 stacked on the side opposite to the side on which the optical sheet body 2 of the light absorption layer 3 is stacked, and reflecting the light. The light absorption layer 3 and the light reflection layer 4 respectively include the plurality of openings 3a and the plurality of openings 4a. The plurality of openings 3a and the plurality of openings 4a are respectively provided in areas facing the tops of the plurality of lenses 2c.
