Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new adduct compound enabling to form organic semiconductor layers made from a condensed polycyclic aromatic compound, using a solution method easier, in general, than a vacuum deposition method. SOLUTION: The new adduct compound having such a structure that a double-bond-bearing compound such as hexachlorocyclopentadiene is eliminably added to a compound such as dinaphthothienothiophene, is provided. Besides, using such a new compound, methods for producing organic semiconductor films and organic semiconductor devices are provided.
