Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve a detection sensitivity of vertical stress applied from an object. SOLUTION: In an FBG sensor 22A, a stress direction conversion part 30 has: a flat portion 32 which extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal direction (X direction) of an optical fiber cable 20 and to which stress is applied in a different direction (Z direction); and stress transmitting sections 34a, 34b which are formed as bridges from the flat portion 32 to the optical fiber cable 20. A protruding part 44 is formed on the flat portion 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
