SOLUTION: This impact absorbing structure for absorbing impact when the impact is produced in an expected impact direction includes a plurality of impact absorbing members 11 each of which is formed in a cylindrical body the axis of which is disposed in the impact direction P and which can absorb impact by compressingly collapsing with the impact produced in the impact direction P. At least one of the plurality of impact absorbing members 11 is disposed so that the position of the distal end 11b thereof is different from that of the distal ends 11b of the other impact absorbing members 11 on the front P1 side in the impact direction P.
