Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a fine patterned polyimide film by a printing method like an inkjet method, and a method of a coating film for forming a uniform substrate surface suited to the inkjet printing by an easy surface treatment method, and providing the polyimide film of a desired pattern as a result. SOLUTION: The method of forming the fine patterned polyimide film includes a process of forming a surface treatment film on the substrate by using a surface treatment agent containing at least one kind selected from among a silane coupling agent (A) having a reactive organic group, a silane coupling agent (B) having at least one of the groups selected from among a perfluoroalkyl group or a polysiloxane group, and a silane coupling agent (C) having a cationic organic group; and a process of pattern-likely forming inkjet ink containing at least one kind of compound selected from among an amic acid derivative and an imidized matter thereof on the surface treatment film by an inkjet coating method.
