Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information distribution system, using a communication technology capable of preventing transmission mistake in communications caused by an analog method such as handout materials etc. SOLUTION: When the affiliated member holding a mobile electronic media 4 enters the arbitrary association facility, affiliated-person information stored at a storage 43 of the mobile electronic media 4 is read out by a reader/writer 3. It is determined whether the read-out affiliated person information matches with information stored at a storage 24 of an electronic distribution device 2 or not, and authentication is performed (S1). Existence of electronic information which should be distributed to the holder is determined (S2). When there is electronic information which should be distributed, the electronic information is distributed to the mobile electronic media 4 through the reader/writer 3 (S3).
