Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new non-halogen type conductive roller in which each forming material does not contain halogen such as chlorine, and which has a small compression set in a such a state that flexibility is imparted by reducing hardness in order to maintain a predetermined nip thickness when the diameter is reduced, and is also excellent in low setting property. SOLUTION: The roller body 2 of the non-halogen type conductive roller 1 is formed by using a rubber composition. The rubber composition contains: a rubber component including EO-PO-AGE copolymer rubber and acrylonitril-butadiene rubber in a mass ratio WE/WNof 30/70 to 70/30, and further contains, based on 100 pts.mass of the rubber component, 0.5-1.0 pts.mass of a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent and 1.5-2.5 pts.mass of a peroxide-based vulcanizing agent.
