Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which inhibits at least part of reflected light of light impinging from the outside at such an incident angle as to impair the visibility of the touch panel, from being returned to the operator side from the inside the touch panel and also prevents incident light from being reflected on the outermost surface of the touch panel and effectively transmits light of a display device. SOLUTION: An adhesive, a base film, and an antireflection layer are laminated in this order on a second substrate of the touch panel. A refractive index of the adhesive is made higher than that of the base film, and the base film is provided with recesses having side surfaces which form an angle of ≥41° with respect a surface horizontal to the touch panel. The reflection on the inside and the outermost surface of the touch panel can be effectively suppressed without using a linearly polarizing plate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
