Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control an engine rotation stop crank angle into a target crank angle range without being influenced by characteristic change of an alternator when stopping engine rotation. SOLUTION: Before starting engine rotation stop control of controlling a load of the alternator 33 so as to adjust an actual engine rotation behavior to a target trajectory and after (during) stopping combustion of an engine 11, torque generation control of outputting a predetermined power generation command value to the alternator 33 and generating load torque is carried out, engine load torque is calculated on the basis of engine speed per predetermined timing when the torque generation control is carried out, and a torque deviation correction amount is calculated for correcting a torque deviation due to change of torque characteristics of the alternator 33 on the basis of the engine load torque. The power generation command value of the alternator 33 is corrected by correcting reference load torque of the alternator 33 by using the torque deviation correction amount when carrying out the engine rotation stop control.
