Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence of construction machinery, which can prevent a movable fence on a rotation side from rattling, with respect to a fixed fence. SOLUTION: A protective fence 10 includes the fixed fence 10b, the movable fence 10a; a fixed member 21 which is fixed to an upper end of the fixed fence 10b; a turning member 22 fixed to a lower end of the movable fence 10a and which is rotatable, with respect to the fixed member 21; and a turning shaft 23. The protective fence 10 also includes a lock pin 24, which regulates the rotation of the rotary member 22 between a first position in which the movable fence 10a is erected and a second position in which it is folded. When the movable fence 10a is shifted to the first position from the second one, a rubber member 25b of a stopper 25 abuts against the bottom surface of the rotary member 22. The rubber member 25b pressed by the rotary member 22 applies a pushing force which pushes back the turning member 22 in the turning direction with respect to the turning member.
