Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opto-electric composite cable with an electric connector without causing upsizing of a connector portion and excellent in versatility and economy, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The opto-electric composite cable 11 with the electric connector includes the first repetition part 21 having an electro-optical conversion element 41 and the second repetition part 23 having an opto-electric conversion element 43, in a position separated from the first and second connectors 12, 13. The first and second electric cables 22, 24 is laid between the first connector 12 and the first repetition part 21, and between the second connector 13 and the second repetition part 23, and the opto-electric composite cable 25 is laid between the first and second repetition parts 21, 23. An optical fiber coated fiber 33 is constituted to connect one end thereof to the electro-optical conversion element 41, and to connect the other end to the opto-electric conversion element 43. The first electronic wire 51 of the first electric cable 22 is constituted to connect one end thereof to the first connector 12, and to connect the other end to the electro-optical conversion element 41, and the second electronic wire 52 of the second electric cable 24 is constituted to connect one end thereof to the opto-electric conversion element 43, and to connect the other end to the second connector 13.
