SOLUTION: The vehicle seat adjusting device comprises the on-vehicle seat 100 being a vehicle seat having a plurality of adjusting positions mounted on the vehicle 1, a touch panel type display 200 as an input operation unit for performing adjusting operation of the vehicle seat 100, a vehicle speed sensor 401 as a detecting unit for detecting an operation state of the vehicle 1, and a seat adjusting ECU 300 as an adjustment control unit for controlling an adjustment of the adjusting position of the on-vehicle seat 100 based on a detecting result of the vehicle speed sensor 401.
