Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce nanofibers having high quality, while maintaining high production efficiency. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the nanofibers includes: an outflow member 211 having a circular flange portion 232; a charged electrode 221 arranged apart from the outflow member 211 at a prescribed distance; and a charging electric source 222 for applying a prescribed voltage between the outflow member 211 and the charged electrode 221, wherein the flange portion 232 comprises radially disposed outflow holes 216 for flowing out a raw material liquid 300 flowing in the flange portion 232 into a space; a tip portion 116 in which openings formed at the tips of the outflow holes 216 are arranged side-by-side; and two side portions 117 disposed so that the distance between the side portions is gradually expanded from the tip end portion 116 to the center portion, and extended from the tip end portion 116 so to nip the outflow holes 216.
