Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the evaluation of the operability of a pedal by simulation under the consideration of a contact impedance. SOLUTION: A lower limb-pedal system model is set by modeling the kinetic characteristics of the lower limb of a driver with characteristics including a rotary hinge joint having the hip hinge part 1, the knee hinge part 2, the ankle hinge part 3 and the tiptoe hinge part 4 and respective contact impedances between the sole and a pedal, between a floor and the heel and between a seat cushion and the thigh.
