PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device for a vehicle, reduced in component costs by achieving miniaturization, and improved in vehicle mountability. SOLUTION: This door locking device 100 for the vehicle is equipped with: an open link 23 switched between an unlocking position to transfer a door-opening-direction operation of each of open levers 21 and 22, associated with the door opening operation of each door handle, to a lift lever 13 of a latch mechanism, and a locking position not to transfer the door-opening-direction operation to the lift lever 13; and a locking operation unit 30 for switching the open link 23 between the unlocking and locking positions. The locking operation unit 30 is equipped with: an active lever 31 which can be rotatively driven and switched between the unlocking and locking positions; and a drive mechanism A for driving the active lever 31. The open link 23 is assembled in a relatively turnable manner to a portion (boss portion 31b) displaced according to the turning of the active lever 31, and is equipped with an urging member 24 for urging it toward an initial position.
