Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid stick remover and a pencil-shaped cosmetic product which have excellent effects of removing point make of linear areas and slight areas such as eyeliners, eyebrows, lips, and give no sticky feeling during and after use. SOLUTION: A compound comprises 60-83 mass% of a liquid oil component which contains one or two or more of volatile oils selected from silicone oils like decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and hydrocarbon oils like isododecane.
