Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service state output device which displays the number of waiting persons in each landing, corresponding to time base, per destination floor appointed by users. SOLUTION: Service data relative to the position of a car including the car state data, the call state data and the number of waiting person data is input to a service state output device from an elevator service control device through a signal processing device. A service diagram output from the service state output device displays information about reservations of destination floors by operating an operating panel provided in a landing of each floor of a building and about the number of waiting persons in the landing of each floor including the time when the operating panel is operated, and also displays information about the number of waiting persons for each destination floor in the landing of each floor in time series. Further, the waiting time from a time point when the reservation of destination floor is operated first is displayed with a numerical value, and in the case wherein the waiting time exceeds a set value, the waiting time is displayed with a mode different in size and color. With this structure, a service state output device for an elevator, which outputs a service diagram easy to understand operation and service state of the elevator in the building, can be provided.
