Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ameliorate such a current state that soybean hulls like dietary fiber mass have been used as encumbrance in the form of livestock feed or the like by being little utilized for edible use, while currently, dietary fiber shortage in dietary life has been pointed out and expensive supplements or the like have been on sale. SOLUTION: Soybean hulls being treated as encumbrance are utilized, and by using them through their blending with other beans, such soybean hulls can be made the best use as a kind of materials for commodities ranging from those attaching importance to dietary fibers to those demanding deliciousness, thus enabling dietary fibers tending to shortage in dietary life to be provided inexpensively.
