Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure higher electricity stealing prevention properties, while further restraining the cost of crime prevention on the side of a house. SOLUTION: A vehicle charging system includes an on-vehicle charging control apparatus 10 arranged in an external charging vehicle 2 and an indoor device 20, which is attachably/removably fitted to an indoor receptacle 4 and is electrically connected to a commercial power line 6, and the on-vehicle charging control apparatus 10 sends a specific ID of the external charging vehicle and present the positional information to the indoor device 20 with a PLC via the commercial power line 6, and the indoor device 20 performs authentication, based on specific ID and positional information. When authentication is established, a charge switching section arranged on an external charging vehicle 2-side is set to a power-supply permitted state; whereas the charge switching section is set to a power interruption state section, when authentication is not established.
