Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conduction speaker that needs no complicated structure such as a turning mechanism or the like and achieves more clear and thick sense of pitch even in a low-pitched sound zone without shutting ears, and to provide a bone conduction headphone device. SOLUTION: A bone conduction speaker 1 incorporating a bone conduction driver for converting a sound electric signal into mechanical vibration is provided at the ends of a headband 6. The speaker 1 includes a main vibration output part 2 that is pressed down the side 5 of user's head in front of his/her ears 4 to conduct a mechanical vibration of the bone conduction driver to the skull from the side position, and an auxiliary vibration output part 3 that is projected backward at the ear side from the main vibration output part 2 or the case of its periphery and is brought into contact with the antilobium 40 of the user or its vicinity to conduct the mechanical vibration to the cartilage of the antilobium.
