Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a thermocouple from hot air by a protective cover, and to accurately perform fire detection for cooling a cold junction of the thermocouple by room air. SOLUTION: A hot air heater includes in a casing 10 having air supply ports 15 and 16 and an air outlet 13: a combustion chamber 2 of a gas burner; a blast fan 3; a ventilation case 4 wherein a mixed gas passage 46, through which a mixed gas of air taken inside the casing from the air supply ports by operation of the blast fan 3 and a combustion emission gas flows, is formed; an air chamber 5 formed to be sectioned on the lateral side of the ventilation case 4; and the thermocouple 6. In the ventilation case 4, an air introduction opening part 47 for introducing air inside the air chamber 5 into the mixed gas passage 46 to cool the thermocouple 6 is provided in the position facing the thermocouple 6. Protective covers 91 and 92 protecting the thermocouple 6 from hot air are arranged inside the mixed gas passage 46. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
