Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a right-left driving force adjusting device for a vehicle, which can improve stability in posture of a vehicle by improving astringency and responsiveness in control. SOLUTION: The actual rotating speed difference between a right and a left wheels is detected, a target rotating speed difference is computed based on the speed and the steering angle of a vehicle, a target torque difference for making the actual rotating speed difference follow the target rotating speed difference is computed, the maximum differential limiting torque for limiting the maximum value of the target torque difference is computed based on the operating condition of a driver, and a limiting torque difference to be obtained by limiting an upper limit value of an absolute value of the target torque difference with the maximum differential limiting torque is computed, and a motor is controlled to obtain the limiting torque difference for differential limitation.
