Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which determines the rotational position of a coil with respect to a case when assembled, and is superior in assembly. SOLUTION: The reactor 1 includes: the one coil 10 obtained by winding; a magnetic core 20 where a closed magnetic path is formed by both a columnar inner core part 21 inserted into the coil 10 and a connecting core part 22 covering at least a part of an outer periphery of the coil 10; and the case 30 housing a combined body of the coil 10 and magnetic core 20. The inner core part 21 has higher saturated magnetic flux than the connecting core part 22. The connecting core part 22 has lower magnetic permeability than the inner core part 21, and is composed of a mixture of a magnetic material and a resin. The inner core part 21 and connecting core part 22 are integrated in the case 30 with the resin. Then the reactor includes a rotational positioning means (block 41) of determining the rotational position of the coil 10 relative to the case 30 by applying a winding end 11 of the coil 10.
