PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion fuel system wherein storage of an emulsion fuel produced is not required and wherein the amount of production of an emulsion fuel can be changed if necessary. SOLUTION: The emulsion fuel system includes: a fuel oil tank that contains a fuel oil; a water tank that contains water; an emulsion production unit for producing the emulsion fuel from the fuel oil supplied from the fuel oil tank and water supplied from the water tank; a pressure valve for adjusting pressure applied to a power generator; the power generator wherein the emulsion fuel produced is introduced and burned; and a controller. The emulsion production unit has at least two emulsion production apparatuses that produce the emulsion fuel from the fuel oil and water. The emulsion fuel is produced using at least one of the emulsion production apparatuses, and the produced emulsion fuel is continuously introduced into the power generator after production.
