PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar light panel unit with a snow-dropping function capable of preventing reduction in the power generation efficiency of solar light panels because of snow coverage by effectively dropping snow down on the solar light panels, and to provide a solar power generator using such a solar light panel unit. SOLUTION: The solar light panel unit has solar light panel groups 3, 3... comprising multiple solar light panels 3 arranged in multiple stages, and a solar light panel rack 4 to support the solar light panel groups 3, 3... at a given inclined angle and to be mounted on an almost horizontal mounting surface 8. Void parts 9 for dropping snow are provided among the solar light panel groups 3, 3... and the mounting surface 8. Between a lower-stage side solar light panel 3a arranged at a lower stage among the solar light panel groups 3, 3... and an upper-stage side solar light panel 3b arranged at the upper stage, provided are a reverse bump 10 dropped in the vertical direction relative to an inclined surface of the lower-stage side solar light panel 3a, a parallel clearance 11a formed in the parallel direction, and a vertical clearance 11b formed in the vertical direction.
