PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mode realization type adjustment type pedal device capable of achieving an acceleration pedal operation mode in various manners. SOLUTION: The operation mode realization type adjustment type pedal device includes: an acceleration pedal for converting the rotation of a motor driven by a switch signal into linear movement so as to approach or be estranged from a driver's side; and an adjustment type acceleration pedal provided with an electric motor for achieving at least one or more modes for providing reaction force that does not use a return spring to the acceleration pedal side in addition to a general mode for providing tread force to the acceleration pedal through the return spring, wherein the modes mean a tread force mode for adding one-way reaction force to the acceleration pedal by the electric motor and a vibration mode for adding two-way vibrational reaction force to the acceleration pedal side.
